I made this over 2 days. Substituted passata with 2x 410g peeled tomatoes and 140g tomato paste and fresh pasta with 250g La Molisana egg lasagne sheets. Yummo! Thanks

The "secret" ingredient mentioned now and then in a number of Andy's recipes is time. If you have the time to make them and make them properly, it makes a world of difference.
