- Faulty Products
- We aim to provide you with the highest quality products. If you have received a product with a defect, please contact our customer service here: support@andy-cooks.com
- Our customer service team will assist you with returning the product or may require you to send us images of the defect, damage or fault to provide an initial assessment. You may also be asked to provide additional information to support and assist your claim and our assessment of the products.
- If our assessment and investigation confirms the product is faulty or has a defect, we will replace or repair the product, or will refund you the price of the product to your original payment method.
- Where the product has a major defect, you may choose whether you would like a replacement product, have the product repaired or a refund of the purchase price.
- If the product is found not to have a defect or is out of warranty, or there are no other remedies available to you under the consumer guarantees of the Australian Consumer Law, we will contact you to discuss returning or disposing of the product at your expense.
- A product will not be considered to have a defect where it has suffered fair wear, tear, misuse, abnormal use, failure to take reasonable care or failure to use in accordance with the manufacturers instructions.
- Change of Mind Returns
- We do not accept returns however, please contact us at support@andy-cooks.com to discuss as we may assess you to be eligible for a refund.
- Digital products will not be eligible to be returned.
- If we deem you eligible for a refund, we will contact you via email to discuss next steps. We may:
- Refund the purchase price of the product to your original payment method;
- Provide you with store credit for the purchase price of the product;
- Exchange the product for a like for like replacement;
- We will not refund any delivery fees incurred by you to have the product shipped to you.
- Nothing in this clause is intended to exclude any of your rights as a consumer under the Australia Consumer Law.
