This document sets out the Orders and Shipping Policy, which should be read in conjunction with our Website, Returns Policy, Social Media Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

  1. Orders
    1. To place orders through our Website or Social Media you must be at least 18 years old and have the capacity to enter into an Agreement with us. If you are under 18, you may only place an order with the involvement and permission of your parent or guardian.
    2. You must not use another person’s account to order or purchase products without their express permission.
    3. When placing an order, you must follow the instructions on the Website and any requests for changes to your order before you submit that order.
    4. Products displayed on our Website or Social Media will show a price inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST).
    5. Delivery Fees may be added to the product separately and will be displayed before you submit your order. You are liable to pay any delivery fees and to have the product delivered to the address provided by you.
    6. Placing an order authorises us to perform a credit and security check at our discretion, and to transmit or obtain information about you to or from third parties, from time to time. This includes your bank or credit card number, validation of your bank or credit card number, obtaining initial credit card authorisation, conducting loss minimisation, anti-fraud or anti money laundering checks, know your customer compliance and authorisation of any purchase transactions.
    7. Where you have made a mistake with your order, please contact us immediately. We do not guarantee that we will be able to amend your order in accordance with your directions and you may incur a fee to process changes.
    8. When you place an order, you will receive a confirmation of that order to the email address provided by you. This email will not constitute an acceptance of your order. An agreement with us for your order will not be formed until you receive a shipment confirmation email from us, and we will not be required to supply the product to you, until this time
    9. We will retain discretion to refuse to accept your order for any reason including:
      1. Any error of inclusion of an item for a sale or promotional price;
      2. The order is fraudulent;
      3. We suspect the bank or credit card is fraudulent;
      4. Unavailability of stock;
      5. We suspect you may on sell our product;
    10. We will retain the right to refuse or cancel your order for any reason. Any cancellation before the order has been accepted will be refunded to the facility you used to make the order.

 

  1. Delivery
    1. We aim to have the products delivered to you within the time frame indicated by us at the time you place the order. We cannot guarantee delivery times or dates provided by our third-party delivery providers.
    2. When possible, we will notify you if we are unable to meet the estimated delivery date or time but to the extent permitted by law we will not be liable to you for any losses, damage, liabilities or costs incurred for a delayed delivery.
    3. Our third-party providers will aim to leave your order at the address provided by you and you must ensure you are available to take that delivery. We will not be liable for our third-party provider failing to deliver your order or making a mistake as to the location of the address provided by you.
    4. Our third-party providers may contact you via SMS prior to delivery to provide you with delivery options including an authority to leave the order at an address, have the order re-routed or sent to a collection point.
    5. By placing an order, you agree that you have provided an authority to our third-party provider to leave items at the address specified in your order. Should the delivery driver at their discretion deem the area unsafe, they may have your order sent to a collection point, redelivered on another day or returned back to us.
    6. If you refuse to accept a delivery or collect the product from the carrier, we may:
      1. Charge you fees for storage of the product;
      2. Charge any costs to you, incurred by us;
      3. Cancel the contract and take possession of the items in the order and refund you any money paid to us, less administration charges.
    7. It may not be possible for us to deliver to some locations or offer equivalent delivery services to each customer. If we are unable to delivery to your location, we will inform you and ask you to provide an alternate location or refuse to accept your order.
    8. All risk in the product will pass to you on delivery of the product.

 

  1. Payment
    1. Unless otherwise stated, all charges are in Australian dollars.
    2. Your order must be paid in full inclusive of GST, other charges and Delivery Fee’s at the time of ordering, using one of the payment methods we accept on our Website.
    3. You agree that:
      1. you are entitled to use the payment method selected;
      2. have sufficient funds, credit or other payment facilities to cover the purchase;
      3. that particular payment service is available to you.
    4. We are not responsible for the decisions of any payment providers to allow you to use their service.

 

  1. Products
    1. Image and photographic limitations associated with representations of the products may differ to a small extent in visual appearance from the way they appear on the Website or on Social Media.
    2. Some products are created or chosen by us for promotional purposes and may not be an exact representation of the products on the Website, Social Media or those received by you.

 

  1. Cancellation
    1. We may terminate your order or a Contract for any reason. We will notify you via email and return any payment you have made, less administration fees or any costs incurred by us.
    2. Should an order or Contract be cancelled, we will refund money received from you using the same method used to pay for the order. If this refund fails, we will advise you to make alternative arrangements to process the refund.
    3. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us. If an order has been process or shipped, it cannot be cancelled and an item must instead be returned to us in accordance with our returns policy.
