You can't go wrong with a banh mi no matter how you make it and it's so easy! I've bought ones that didn't have the pate and was disappointed, so for me it definitely has to have the pate. I'm not sure why this is only rated 3.8/5 stars at the time of my comment. It has all the right flavours, is fresh and so delicious. I did use roasted pork belly which gave it a much fattier, rich feel - YUM!
