Ingredients

1.5 tbsp peanut butter
0.5 tbsp fish sauce
0.5 tsp sesame oil
0.5 tsp black vinegar
1 tsp chilli chrisp
1 clove garlic, finely grated
1 spring onion, sliced thin
1 packet udon noodles

Directions

Place a pot of water on to boil.
In a bowl, mix everything apart from the noodles and the green part of the spring onions.
Cook the noodles in the boiling water for 2 minutes before adding to the bowl with the sauce.
Mix well and garnish with the spring onions greens. Enjoy!

i make this on a weekly basis or if i am just in the mood for somthing to cook without going to the effort of cooking, my daughter even likes it to the point i cant even eat it as she wants it so i make 2 batches.
