Ingredients

250g (8.8 oz) cherry tomatoes, cut in half

2 tbsp red wine vinegar
4g (0.14 oz) salt
3 tbsp olive oil
fresh ground black pepper

Directions

To make the dressing, simply combine the vinegar, olive oil, salt, and black pepper in a jar and shake well.
In a large bowl, combine the tomatoes, cucumbers, radishes, red onion, and parsley.
Pour the dressing over the salad ingredients in the bowl and toss well to combine everything, ensuring the ingredients are well-coated with the dressing.
