I love porchetta - the Italian pork roast! You have juicy pork with loads of flavour and a crispy crackling on the outside. It's a great dish to make when you have family or friends over for a meal or for your Sunday lunch. Here's my porchetta recipe.

Made this a few times now it is absolutely amazing! I use mainly this recipe but i add a Matty Matheson twist using orange zest instead of lemon with a little bit of the juice and Amaro Montenegro alah The Big Dog Porchetta. Thanks a bunch Andy!!.

after much tooing and froing with different suppliers i finally secured the perfect piece of pork. I followed your recipe for Chrissie dinner and it was banging bro. The only downer was I left my knives at home and cutting the super crispy skin with a dodgy old-style bread knife had it coming apart in chunks, not slices. While it certainly did not look it, i have to admit that it was the best pork ever. cheers legend.
