Whip up an easy dip to go on your cheese board - try this whipped feta.
Ingredients
- 180g (about 6.3 oz) feta cheese
- zest and juice of 1 lemon

250g (about 8.8 oz) yoghurt
- salt, to taste
- small bunch of dill, chopped
Directions
In a food processor or blender, combine the feta cheese, yoghurt, lemon zest, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt. Blend until the mixture is smooth.
- Taste and adjust the seasoning if necessary. Add the chopped dill and give it one last quick pulse to combine.
