Hi There. Recently bought your book. But was disappointed that a lot of your Asian recipes are not included (shaking beef, Mongolian beef, etc). Happily found them all online on your website. Thank you!

Thanks for buying the book William! sorry it didn't have some of your favourite recipes in there - it was hard to pick what went in there! Will definitely do another book one day but for now I'll keep putting up all my recipes online so you can access them any time.

A pretty easy recipe. The flavor was good but I'm looking for some spice after making/eating it. I'll add some red pepper flakes or sweet chili oil the next time.
