Every time I cook pork this is the recipe I use and it always tastes amazing with super crispy crackling. The apple butter is phenomenal too.

In regards to the cooking time for the Roast Pork Lion , how many kilo was the Pork Lion ? .

Hi Rose, it was around 1kg. However, I recommend always using the internal temp to determine when the pork is cooked rather than time. It should have an internal temp of 65c (150f).
