Miso ramen

I love ramen but it usually take a long time to make at home so the broth can develop some delicious rich flavours. However, this spicy miso ramen is super easy to make at home, it doesn't take much time and it's super delicious. A great option for a Sunday lunch or dinner!

Excellent and so easy to follow. Didn't have the saki so used sherry ! Worked OK but next time it'll be the correct stuff. Like others have commented; freezes well !

Was super easy to put together (even the optional steps i prepared yesterday) the broth was a little salty, perhaps I over seasoned when frying the pork mince.. however still delicious. Loads of left overs for work lunches this week

After royalty messing up last night's chicken korma and getting take out. Both my fiancè and I were extremely impressed with how quick and easy the Miso Ramen was to cook. We opted for skin on chicken thighs for our protein garnish and the crunch on the skin added another layer to the dish. This will definitely be a welcome entry to our monthly dish cycle.
