Cheers from Canada Andy, I used homemade black bear chorizo and a shoulder roast from that same bear. Simple recipe that does not lack in flavour, great meal for a cold winters day.

That’s pretty damn good. Just finishing it off now. Easy delicious hearty. I had borlotti beans already cooked in my freezer so I added them in when I added the pumpkin. Good winter food
