Absolutely delicious! The best chicken burger I've ever had and my mates said so too! I made the potato buns as well and they take this to another level. I little more work than I was expecting but well worth it.

My new obsession, the batter was a bit thick but water solved that problem.

This was by far the best chicken burger I've ever eaten!! The batter didn't quite work out for me but added a little milk and it was perfect! 1000000000/10

I'd love to try this recipe but I don't have a deep fryer - could it be done in an air fryer?

You could give it a go but it won't have the same texture. Alternatively, you can heat up oil in a large pot like a dutch oven and fry them that way.

I made it but at age 77 I opted to have it with a small bowl of rice instead of the bun. Korean karaage!
