This simple yet vibrant condiment is perfect for adding a fresh, zesty touch to a variety of dishes.
- 2 bunches of flat-leaf parsley, finely chopped
zest of 4 lemons
juice of 1 lemon
- 4 cloves of garlic, finely grated
a big pinch of flaky salt
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Store the gremolata in the fridge until you're ready to serve it.
