Tender beef brisket is slow-cooked in a rich (and slightly spicy) sauce until fall-apart tender. Served in corn tortillas with salsa verde, diced onions, and radishes.

As a BBQ smoker from way back, I saw Brisket and thought 'I can do Brisket', and who doesn't love tacos. So I gave it a crack for my birthday. I had no idea what to flavour to expect, but it worked out really well. Clow cooked overnight. The salsa really makes it and I found some US made tortillas at the local markets - Sooooo good and the family loved it

Amazing recipe, definitely going to be a regular in our house. I was worried after tasting the sauce out of the blender as there is no salt at that stage but after combining it with the brisket and a 6 hour cook, it was absolutely perfect. 5 stars

Amazing! (My Salsa Verge became a bit more watery than expected and the brisket sauce became less watery than expected, but that is a user error)
